Horizon: hold the phone level; the dashed line should sit on the real horizon (if not, the phone's tilt sensor is off). Heading: point at a mark you can see; slide Heading correction until the green line stands on it. Field of view: turn slowly so the mark moves to a side of the screen; if the line drifts outwards, lower the value, inwards, raise it.
